Our primary concern for our clients, guests, staff and external contractors is safety. In response to the Coronavirus outbreak (COVID-19), we outline the following information for current clients with upcoming events, as well as potential clients looking to work with us. Overall, our business remains open with a number of measures taken place already to minimise risk.
Firstly, the Australian Federal and State/Territorial Governments have placed restrictions on gatherings, but these are gradually easing off. As such, below is an extract from the Victorian Governments Coronavirus website:
From midnight on Friday 9 April, Victoria moved to allow 100% of seated indoor and outdoor capacity for entertainment, cultural and sporting venues, up to a maximum of 1,000 patrons per space.
Seated indoor and outdoor entertainment, cultural and sporting venues seeking attendance of more than 1,000 people per space must continue to apply for consideration under the Public Events Framework.
Events designated as Tier 1 or 2 will also remain at 75%.
As such, many of our events have had to postpone. We are offering clients no extra charge to postpone for 18 months (This only applies to clients where events are held in the Government Restriction Period).
In-person meetings with clients are now occuring again, with the option to an online platform, and via teleconference.
We are monitoring this ever-changing situation and following State/Federal Government Guidelines as well as those outlined by industry and the WHO. For information regarding Coronavirus, see the DHHS website
We are in this together with you. Please stay safe, calm and follow good hygiene practises.
If you have any questions regarding postponing of your event due to Coronavirus, please contact us by our dedicated Coronavirus email at email@example.com
