Our primary concern for our clients, guests, staff and external contractors is safety. In response to the Coronavirus outbreak (COVID-19), we outline the following information for current clients with upcoming events, as well as potential clients looking to work with us. Overall, our business remains open for now with a number of measures taken place already to minimise risk.
Firstly, the Australian Federal and State/Territorial Governments have placed restrictions on gatherings. As such, these are detailed below (note that the situation is changing rapidly and information below may be out of date or not accurate):
– Funerals: Limited to a max of 20 mourners (indoors), or 30 mourners (outdoors) following social distancing guidelines.
– Weddings: 10 guests only permitted.
– Personal Training Groups: Limited to a max of 10 attendees following social distancing guidelines permitted only outdoors.
– Other Mass Gatherings (including festivals): Suspended until further notice
As such, many of our events have had to postpone. We are offering clients no extra charge to postpone for 18 months (This only applies to clients where events are held in the Government Restriction Period).
In-person meetings with clients are now cancelled and are being moved to an online platform, and via teleconference.
We are monitoring this ever-changing situation and following State/Federal Government Guidelines as well as those outlined by industry and the WHO. For information regarding Coronavirus, see the DHHS website
